Dr. Skipper has been practicing medicine for over 20 years and has worked predominantly in urban communities with focus on education through public engagement as well as extensive missionary work in Africa and the Caribbean. Dr. Skipper is currently heavily involved in Occupational Medicine and is also an advisory Board Member of the Trenton Metro Marijuana Dispensary facility in Trenton New Jersey.

Dr. Skipper currently manages a Drug Testing & Collection site that performs Urine Drug Screens, Hair Collections, Breath Alcohol Testing, DOT physicals and is also a Certified MRO and Medical Examiner.
