Ms. McMillian is the Office Manager at one of East Coast MRO’s Collections Centres in New Jersey. Catreina is also a Certified Urine Drug Screener and Breath Alcohol Technician. Her vast knowledge of the MRO function, DOT Certifications combined with extensive experience in managing DER relationships has made her a valuable asset to our operations.
